Apart from payment of relevant government taxes and other related fees BACAM CONSTRUCTION support community development initiatives through CSR, direct & indirect employment provision, training, seed funds for community related Income Generating Activities to ensure a WIN-WIN situation between Investors, the Government as well as Projects Communities, this not only creates sense of ownership amongs members of project’s sorrounding communities but ensures sustainability in long-run.
We work with GreenHope Organisation (a local non-governmental, non-profit making community organisation) to make this possible in a more community appropriate and meaningful way.

> INCOME GENERATION GROUPS FOR YOUTH AND WOMEN:
To ensure financial literacy as well as saving and lending association formulations we work with local communities to make this possible.
> ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Life revolves around sustainable environmental protection and management, we work with local communities on different environmental projects to ensure efficiency, proficiency, appropriateness as well as sustainability.
> RENEWABLE ENERGY:
To ensure economic development and reduction of carbon footprint we work with local community on different renewable energy projects that not only benefits the target local communities directly and indirectly but also provide wider avenue for knowledge and skills development, technology acquisition and transfer, for education, knowledge acquisition & translation, creativity as well as other related benefits.
