Scope of Work:
Delivering a fully operational irrigation infrastructure to boost agricultural productivity, water
efficiency, and climate resilience for local farming communities.
Key Components:
> Construction of 2.5 km lined irrigation canals.
> Installation of 3 motorized water pumps (solar/diesel hybrid).
> Construction of 400,000L elevated storage tank.
> Installation of distribution pipe networks to 120+ farms.
> Training on system operation & maintenance for local cooperatives
Development of drainage & soil erosion control systems.

Project Outcomes:
> Over 1,200 acres of land brought under sustainable irrigation.
> 400+ smallholder farmers empowered with year-round water access.
> Improved water-use efficiency by 65%.
> Boosted yields of maize, rice & hor culture by ~70% within first season.
> Introduced renewable energy integration for water pumping.

Our Role:
As Lead Contractor, we oversaw:
· Full-scale engineering design & planning.
· Procurement & logistics for all construction materials.
· Construction & supervision by on-site civil engineers.
· Final testing, handover & community training.
